Play Video

This week, I have the privilege of interviewing Emily Paulson: Wife, Entrepreneur, author of a newly released memoir, and Mom of 5, ages 7, 10, 11, 12, & 14. Emily’s book, Highlight Real is about finding honesty and recovery beyond the filtered life.

Emily and I discuss her childhood as a music prodigy and head of her class that also suffered trauma, addiction, and dysfunctional behavior. We chat about her fears of going public with her story an what he friends as well as family would think about the book.

Emily shares with us how her life looked who perfect on social media but what was actually going on behind the scenes in the midst of her recovery. With her book, she shows women how to be resilient and transparent while fighting trials and tribulations. Emily is my type of girl with her unrivaled honesty and brutal truth in this interview as well as book.
